Returns

For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns of tobacco products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.

Products may only be eligible for return if:

• The wrong product was shipped by our team.

• The product arrived damaged during transit.

• The order was incomplete due to our error.

• The product is defective upon arrival.

Any issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds

If your claim is approved, we may offer one of the following:

• A replacement shipment

• Store credit

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error was caused by CheapSmokes.is.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or contains incorrect products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment.

We may request photographs of:

• The shipping package

• Product packaging

• Damaged items

• Shipping label

Failure to provide supporting information may delay or prevent approval of your claim.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery becomes the responsibility of the carrier.

If tracking indicates that a package has been lost in transit, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We do not offer traditional exchanges.

If an eligible issue is approved, a replacement order may be shipped at our discretion.

Sale Items

Sale, clearance, promotional, and discounted items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Age Restrictions

By purchasing from CheapSmokes.is, you confirm that you are of legal age to purchase tobacco products in your province or territory.

Refunds will not be issued due to age verification issues resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
