Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been received and verified.
Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note that processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship orders across Canada using trusted shipping partners.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information (when available).
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier selected. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
CheapSmokes.is is not responsible for delays, additional shipping charges, or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active within the carrier’s system.
Lost or Delayed Packages
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, carrier issues, customs inspections, or other circumstances beyond our control.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist in opening an investigation with the carrier.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
Damaged Shipments
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with your claim, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the package
- Photos of the damaged items
We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution.
Shipping Restrictions
Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered from CheapSmokes.is may legally be shipped to and possessed in their jurisdiction.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where shipping restrictions apply.
